Customer Solutions Intern
About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Intern on our Solutions team, you will assist in handling customer concerns during our peak season. You will be trained to assist owners and renters throughout the RVshare rental process, helping customers via phone calls, online chat, social media messages, and emails. You will report directly to a Customer Solutions Lead. This position is located in Akron, OH.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, emails, chat, and social media)
  • Be an RVshare subject matter expert (SME) by knowing our products and services
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company CRM
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Senior UX/UI Designer
About the Role

We are looking for a passionate designer who has demonstrated the use of human-centered design principles to create and ship new, innovative digital product experiences. We believe that great design has the ability to engage and inspire our renters and owners and we strive to rethink and redefine how our RVshare users interact. We are looking for a designer that is a strategic thinker and conceptual problem solver to create new products and experiences. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and development partners in discovery, testing, launch, and optimization of new products and campaigns.

The scope of design efforts spans Product and Marketing and includes the entire renter and owner sections of the site, ongoing new feature development, and optimization, brand definition, and experience, offline and online marketing efforts across all channels.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Craft customized marketing experiences, both online and offline, that drive growth
  • Partner with copywriters, engineers, and marketing managers to ensure quality in all aspects of campaign execution
  • Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to build and innovate new features and experiences
  • Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
  • Leverage interaction design to make complex workflows simple and straightforward
  • Incorporate usability and prototype testing in almost everything you do
  • Work in a cross-functional team and with substantial ownership to make a strong impact on our products and marketing efforts
Who We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience with User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and UI Design
  • A strong track record with internet marketplaces
  • 3+ years of experience with responsive and mobile design
  • 2+ years experience of user recruitment, participant scheduling, moderator guide development, facilitation of User Tests, and incorporating insights into designs
  • Expert knowledge of tools like; Sketch, Adobe Xd, Figma
  • Must value data-informed design decisions, have a natural drive to connect with our users and turn their feedback into insights and new solutions

Business Development Intern
About the Role

As a Business Development Support Intern on our Business Development Team, you will assist in working with our Owners to fulfill the needs of our corporate clients our peak season. You will be trained to assist Owners and Renters throughout the RVshare rental process. You will assist customers via phone calls, on-line chat, and emails. The goal of this position is to streamline communications between our Owners and our highest volume customers.

The overall goal of the business development function is to increase sales through lead generation, marketing, and strategic corporate initiatives – this role will help support all of those goals.

You will report directly to a member of the Business Development Team

Full-Stack Software Engineer
About the Role

We are looking for a full-stack software developer that enjoys working in all parts of the software stack. Our back-end is built in Ruby on Rails and our front-end is built in React.js. We’re fully hosted in AWS, and we use Github & Circle CI to manage development, testing and deployments.

You will report to an engineering manager and participate in the agile software development process. You will work closely with Product Management to help ensure that we’re building the best features in the best way. You will have the opportunity to work on all types of projects across the entire RVshare platform.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Develop full-tested software in Ruby on Rails and React.js
  • Work with QA to ensure your software meets the requirements and passes all tests
  • Ensure your software passes all build steps before deploying your code to production
  • Provide technical feedback on product requirements
  • Participate in the technical design process
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning meetings
  • Help triage and fix bugs reported by our customer support team
  • Document your work in our shared internal wiki
  • Help junior engineers improve their skills
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails

Customer Success Manager
About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for performance, organizing and managing a team of call center customer success agents. Customer Success agents are focused on helping ensure customers reach success by adopting product features, finishing their listing builds and completing bookings. You will be focused on monitoring, developing and motivating the team to meet performance targets and provide outstanding customer experience. Reports into the Vice President, Operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Drive improvements in overall service levels and efficiencies
  • Develop and implement new processes, campaigns, procedures and technologies
  • Set performance targets for team utilizing industry benchmarks, driving ROI positive results
  • Manage and motivate Customer Success agents to help them meet performance goals
  • Maintain and monitor performance, attendance and reviews
  • Drive dials and campaign activities
  • Manage team’s schedules and shifts. Approving timecards and PTO requests
  • Using a player-coach approach, coach team on quality, tone, script adherence, and handling objection through; call monitoring, call breakdowns and performance management with ongoing training of team
  • Monitor team’s interaction with RVshare’s platforms and software to ensure procedural adherence as well as identify improvements to boost overall performance
  • Hold 1-on-1 meetings and call breakdowns with each team member weekly
  • Conduct weekly team meetings sharing overall team performance, cross-functional updates that impact team, etc.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for corrective action and counsel, discipline, and/or administer warnings when adherence to policy and quality are not met
  • Properly staff team based on workload and ROI, managing hiring process, assessing the necessary skills and traits that best align with team and position
  • Provide and update reporting and/or assessments of team performance, attendance, development, achievements, as requested by management  
Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ year minimum of call center leadership or management experience preferred
  • Has experience managing inbound and/or outbound call center operations and hourly team
  • Familiar with Five9 Softphone system and Salesforce Enterprise software
  • Proven ability to drive ROI and Conversion results through coaching and development of staff
  •  Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal

Customer Success Specialist
About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist is focused on helping ensure customers reach success while using the RVshare’s platform. This is done through proactively contacting customer and communicating, working with customers to determine their needs, providing recommendations and encouraging product feature adoptions that will improve their experience. This role will handle customer communications regarding listing their RV for rent and/or securing a booking reservation for an upcoming trip.  Customer Success Specialist has deep product knowledge and are subject matter expertise and able to overcome customer objections to secure the transaction.  Success of the role is measured against individual productivity and conversion targets. Reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls supporting listing creation (supply) and securing booking reservations
  • Main focus of role is to grow supply (new listings) and bookings
  • Represent RVshare through regular, positive, and professional communication with customers
  • Assist customers with product adoption, knowledge gaps, self-help resources, improving listing quality, uncover value creation opportunities
  • Proactively drive RV owner adoption of product features focused on boosting their listing performance
  • Support customer retention by maintaining communication with new and current customers and sharing customer feedback to appropriate internal teams
  • Consistently achieve individual productivity targets set by management. Calls per day, talk time and conversions across various call campaigns
